                                                               Robert Edwin Peary

           Robert Edwin Peary an American who explored many locations including the North Pole one of his toughest explorations. In 1908 attempted twice to reach the north pole, he was a Naval officer who led his team. First Robert Edwin and is team sailed to Ellesmere in Canada on a ship called the USS Roosevelt, they camped at Cape Colombia and traveled by food and sleds with Henson and four Eskimos reached the North Pole in April 6, 1909 few of his team turned back. Many thought that Robert Edwin Peary and Henson may have been short of reaching the North Pole Because of navigational mistakes. Robert Edwin's Peary explorers from earlier expeditions claimed that they were the first to reach the Pole but later was rejected. Robert led many expeditions in his earlier times like the Nicaragua in 1888 and many artic expeditions in 1898-1902.
